Design text and previews

Your template choice, names, messages, event details and heading language are sent to our server to render a low-resolution watermarked preview. The preview endpoint processes this text transiently and does not save the design in an application database or log the request body. It returns a 360 × 450 image with no-store caching headers. Local edits are kept in page memory until you leave or refresh. Do not include sensitive personal information in a design.

Photos in invitations

Photo personalisation is optional and available on selected birthday and wedding templates. Choose only a photo you have permission to use. For a child’s photo, a parent or guardian must use the editor or give permission. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive images. No AI image generation, facial recognition or AI photo processing is connected.

Selecting and cropping a photo happens locally in your browser. After you agree to processing and tap Update photo preview, the photo, crop settings and invitation details are sent to our server. Later text edits resend the applied photo. Crop adjustments are sent when you update the photo preview. Removing the photo, switching templates or turning off photo processing stops its inclusion in future previews; requests already sent may still finish.

The application validates and decodes the image in memory, applies its orientation, removes embedded metadata from its re-encoded image, and produces a low-resolution watermarked invitation. It does not write uploaded photos or personalised previews to an application database or file store, create public photo URLs, or include photo contents or filenames in application analytics. The original upload, including any metadata it contains, passes through the hosting infrastructure for processing. The application does not log preview request bodies.

The browser holds the selected file and preview while the editor is open. Refreshing or leaving clears the editor’s selection; this does not delete your original device file or guarantee immediate erasure from browser memory, server memory or hosting infrastructure. Hosting-provider processing and technical logs are governed by the hosting details below. No permanent photo-saving service or account-based deletion tool is provided.

Optional usage analytics

Usage analytics are off by default. You can allow or turn them off using the control in the footer. Your preference is saved in browser local storage. With permission, first-party usage events are sent to this website and recorded in structured server logs: template selection, the field changed, preview, paywall view and checkout initiation when checkout is available. Events can include a template ID, plan ID and broad traffic source such as Meta, organic or other. They do not include your design text, photos, photo filenames, email, full page URL or advertising click ID. No Meta Pixel, advertising SDK or external analytics script is installed.

Local page instrumentation also makes these non-content interaction events available to the page itself without transmitting them. Payment success and completed download events are reserved for a future verified server-side payment and delivery pipeline; they are not created from visitor-submitted conversion claims.

Hosting data and retention

Nimantranly uses Vercel to host its website and server routes. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs and timestamps. Personalized invitation previews are generated on the server. The application does not store submitted designs in a database or save personalized preview images to application storage. Preview responses use no-store caching headers. If optional usage analytics are enabled, the application may record limited interaction events, template and plan identifiers, field-change names, broad traffic-source categories and timestamps in server logs, excluding personalized design text and email addresses. Hosting request logs may separately contain URL information. No external log drains are currently configured. The application does not implement a separate log retention or deletion schedule; retention depends on Vercel and the operator's logging settings. Keep personal information out of page URLs.

Payments

Checkout is not active. This website does not currently collect payment credentials, create subscriptions or generate premium downloads. Before payments are enabled, this policy must describe the actual payment provider and the processing and retention of order, entitlement and delivery records.

Customer support and privacy enquiries for Nimantranly are handled directly by MANTHANAM APPS PRIVATE LIMITED through admin4991@gmail.com. The support link opens your email application; the website does not operate a contact form or support-message database. Emails sent to us, including addresses, messages, attachments and related information, are processed through Gmail. Access to the support mailbox is managed by the business operator, without automatic forwarding or a connected helpdesk service. Please do not send passwords or payment credentials. Support correspondence is reviewed manually, including privacy and deletion requests. The website does not automatically delete support emails or fulfil privacy requests. Retention and deletion depend on mailbox practices, applicable legal obligations and the email provider's systems; no fixed retention period or guaranteed deletion outcome is stated.

Your choices

You can use the preview tool without login, refresh to clear design edits, and turn off optional usage analytics in the footer. Turning analytics off stops future optional event transmission; it does not remove existing hosting or analytics logs. Contact support for questions about information already processed.
